Vintage Rugs
Our Vintage rugs, which we find in Iran, originate from used Persian rugs, that continue their journey after being remodeled and redesigned. Iranian based designers recycle old handmade Persian rugs as the raw material for their art. Each rug is carefully selected and undergoes a unique process of washing and colour neutralisation. In a creative process parts of the pile are removed or reduced in order to create a new design. Then the rug is dyed again in new fascinating colours and designs. The result is an unique and modern individual piece of art. Of course these vintage rugs, are old and used and the condition is accordingly, which is part of the product.
